¡¡¡¡¡ESCANDALO!!!! LIBERÓ GRAN CANTIDAD DE DELINCUENTES, FISCAL ULTRACORRUPTO EN LA PICOTA

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ESCANDALO¡¡¡¡¡ FISCAL ULTRACORRUPTO MORALES SALDAÑA ARCHIVÓ INDEBIDAMENTE GRAN CANTIDAD DE DENUNCIAS CONTRA PELIGROSOS DELINCUENTES Y LOS LIBERÓ IRRESPONSABLEMENTE

-EN SULLANA SE ROBA, SE ASALTA Y SE MATA IMPUNEMENTE-

SULLANA ES TIERRA DE NADIE, GRACIAS A FISCAL ULTRACORRUPTO

En la Queja interpuesta contra el cuestionado Fiscal Julio Enrique Morales Saldaña en su actuacion como Fiscal Provisional de la Segunda Fiscalia Provincial Mixta de Sullana- Perú, por intermedio de una carta hecha llegar a su compadre, el Fiscal Supremo Pablo Sanchez Velarde, Actual Presidente de la Academia de la Magistratura del Perú, en la que se aperturó la investigacion N° 122-07 en contra del referido Fiscal Provisional, la Jefe de la Oficina Desconcentrada de Control Interno del Ministerio Publico de Piura - Perú que despacha la Dra. Sofia Milla Meza nos hizo llegar un escrito en la que nos pone en conocimiento al acta de Constatacion solicitada por el director de la asociación anticorrupción respecto a los dictamenes emitidos por el Fiscal Ultracorrupto en el tiempo de SOLAMENTE de menos de dos semanas emtre los dias 3 y 13 de septiembre del 2007 en que habia actuado como Fiscal Provisional para ver a cuantos delincuentes habia favorecido el fuscal ultracorrupto y nos quedamos asombrados.

Habia liberado a muchos delincuentes archivando indebidamente los casos denunciados, siendo uno de sus modus operandi el de no notificar el archivamiento de la denuncia para que no pueda apelar la parte agraviada y poniendo como que no estan indentificados los delincuentes, de ese modo se ha liberado de responsabilidad a cientos de delincuentes que vuelven a delinquir porque saben que si los atrapa la Policia no faltará un fiscal ultracorrupto como Morales Saladaña para que los libere por un fajo de dinero:
